Roy Ng is Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of FIS Platform and Enterprise Solutions. Roy joined FIS via the company’s acquisition of his fintech startup Bond in 2023, where he was co-founder & CEO. Bond is a leading embedded finance platform focused on credit card solutions, and its mission is to accelerate the pace of financial innovation and inclusion. Roy has over 20 years of experience in leading, scaling, and transforming technology companies across various sectors and markets. He is passionate about leveraging fintech to create personalized and compliant banking products that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Roy has a proven track record of delivering growth and value for his teams, customers, and partners. He was previously the COO of Twilio, where he played a key role in transitioning the private startup to a global, publicly-listed company. He also held senior executive positions at SAP and SuccessFactors, where he drove the cloud strategy and business operations. Prior to his operating roles, Roy was a software investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he advised on over $23 billion of M&A and financing transactions. Roy holds dual degrees from U.C. Berkeley and is an active investor and advisor to technology companies.
