He worked at Gulfstream Aerospace from 2006 to 2020, where he served as PLM Configuration Specialist, Engineering Group Head II, and PLM Development Sr. Manager. His tenure at Gulfstream included overseeing engineering processes and managing PLM systems. Additionally, he worked at Sierra Nevada Corporation as a PLM Systems Business Analyst for six months in 2020 and at DELMIA as Product Maintenance Team Lead from 2000 to 2006.

Joe Mack earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Northern Michigan University, where he studied from 1990 to 1994. He later pursued a Master of Science in Technical Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, completing his studies from 2008 to 2010.
