Kalidas holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance and an MA in Economics from the University of Madras, completed between 1989 and 1991. He also achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Software Solutions Integrated Limited in 1997 and a Diploma in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence from OBSI in 1998.
