Joanne De Flaminio completed her high school education at Holliston High School, where she studied General Studies and earned her diploma between 1977 and 1981. She also attended Massachusetts Bay Community College for Business Administration in 1970. Awards and Recognitions
Joanne De Flaminio has received multiple accolades for her exemplary service. At EMC Corporation, she was awarded three bronze Customer Service Reward & Recognition medals in December 1998, January 1999, and October 2000. She also received a performance award for outstanding service from EMC's Senior Vice President of Human Resources in December 2000. Furthermore, she co-chaired the Natick Administrative Council at Boston Scientific from 2002 to 2003.
