Scott Schuh is a Quality Engineering Manager at Boston Scientific and serves as the D&I Champion and PRIDE ERG Co-Lead. He has extensive experience in lean manufacturing, product development, and quality systems, and is also active in the Gulfshore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida.

Scott Schuh currently serves as the Quality Engineering Manager for the PI Quality Division at Boston Scientific. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, he is also the D&I Champion and Pride ERG Co-Lead. Schuh has been with Boston Scientific since 2018, working in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. His work focuses on lean manufacturing, product development, validation, quality, and operations system design, development, and implementation.
Previous Positions at Algenol
Scott Schuh has held two key positions at Algenol in Fort Myers, Florida. From 2014 to 2017, he worked as the Engineering and Quality Manager. Subsequently, he served as the Associate Director for PBR Quality and Manufacturing from 2017 to 2018. In both roles, Schuh utilized his expertise in lean manufacturing and quality operations to drive the company's industrial processes.
Early Career at Boston Scientific
Before his current role, Scott Schuh was employed at Boston Scientific in various capacities. From 2011 to 2014, he was the Cardiology Extrusion Mfg Engineering Supervisor, and from 2008 to 2011, he served as a Mfg Engineer II. Prior to these roles, Schuh began as a Cardiology Quality Engineer II from 2005 to 2008 in Maple Grove, Minnesota. His early work at Boston Scientific helped him build a strong foundation in quality engineering and manufacturing supervision.
Educational Background
Scott Schuh attended Winona State University, where he received a BS in Composite Materials Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from 2001 to 2005. He also earned a BA Minor in Mathematics during the same period. Prior to university, Schuh completed his high school education at Winona Senior High from 1997 to 2001.
Personal Interests and Volunteer Work
Outside of his professional career, Scott Schuh is actively involved with the Gulfshore Mustang Club of Southwest Florida, where he serves as the Events Chair and handles Social Media Outreach. His personal interests include working on cars, attending car shows, and participating in driving events. Additionally, Schuh enjoys photography and exploring local areas. He values spending time with his husband, pets, and family in his leisure time.
