Annie completed a year-long fellowship with Global Health Corps from 2016 to 2017 in Uganda. During this fellowship, she focused on strategic investments in maternal and reproductive health at government hospitals, enhancing her expertise in global health initiatives.

She also served as the Leadership Development & Fundraising Coordinator at Save the Mothers in Uganda from 2016 to 2017.
