Commercial real estate experience in property/portfolio management of commercial office, office condominiums, owners’ associations, medical, retail and industrial properties that include: Involvement in the development, refinance, purchase, and sale of commercial property. Hire, manage and evaluate direct hire and contracted site personnel directly or through others. Identify staffing requirements and develop or approve job descriptions.
