Kathleen P. Sweeney-Pogwist serves as the Senior Vice President of Leasing in Pennsylvania for Brandywine Realty Trust. She joined the company in 1997 and has played a significant role in its growth and success in the region. Her responsibilities include overseeing the leasing efforts for Brandywine’s Pennsylvania suburban assets, which amount to approximately 5 million rentable square feet (RSF). Kathleen's strategic approach and extensive experience in the real estate industry underpin her contributions to the company's leasing operations.
Director of Leasing Experience
Before assuming her current role, Kathleen served as the Director of Leasing for Southern New Jersey. In 2004, she expanded her responsibilities to become the Director of Leasing, overseeing the assets in King of Prussia and Southern Chester County. These roles have equipped her with a robust understanding of various leasing markets and have allowed her to effectively manage and negotiate significant leasing deals, contributing to Brandywine Realty Trust’s overall portfolio performance.
