She later transitioned to the role of NLP Lead and Head of Data Science from 2021 to 2022, further expanding her expertise in natural language processing.

Swati Sharma has a solid background in data science, having worked at AT&T as a Data Scientist from 2017 to 2019, where she focused on data analysis and modeling. Prior to that, she was a Data Scientist at Metis from 2016 to 2017.
