Alan Corbett was appointed as Chief Operating Officer for Government Services in February 2023. In this role, he oversees all of Bristow’s Government Services activity, which includes existing operations, new business ventures, and emerging markets. One of his key responsibilities is managing Bristow’s growing market share in the Search and Rescue (SAR) sector. Additionally, he is responsible for the operations of Airnorth and the Humberside airport.

Before becoming Chief Operating Officer, Government Services, Alan Corbett served as Senior Vice President for Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia (EAMEA), and Search and Rescue from June 2020 to February 2023. He was also Vice President, EAMEA from June 2017 to June 2018. Alan had earlier roles as Region Director of the Europe Caspian Region from April 2015 to June 2017 and Region Director of the Europe Business Unit (EBU) from August 2014 to March 2015. These roles involved commercial and operational oversight of the respective regions.
