Before joining Brivo, Richard Sefcik held several positions at HeadCount Corporation. He worked as the Senior Director of Client Management from 2007 to 2009, followed by a promotion to Vice President of Client Management, where he served from 2009 to 2019. Additionally, he was the Director of Technical Services and Implementation from 2003 to 2007. His tenure at HeadCount Corporation spanned over 16 years, during which he developed expertise in client management and technical services.
Education and Expertise
Richard Sefcik earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta, completing the program from 2017 to 2021. Prior to his MBA, he studied International Business and Business Law, obtaining a Bachelor of Commerce from the same university between 2000 and 2003. His educational background provides a strong foundation for his roles in client success and management.
