Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sport Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, completed between 1996 and 2000. Before joining the Broad Institute, Jennifer Crotty held several significant roles in human resources and organizational development. She worked at Benchmark Senior Living as the Director of Organizational Development for four months in 2018. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Yankee Leisure Group, Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Her career also includes 17 years at PanAgora Asset Management, where she held various positions from 2000 to 2017.
