Madison Cutsinger serves as a Total Rewards Senior Analyst at Brown-Forman, a position she has held since 2019. In this role, she co-leads the Allowance and One Time Payment workstream for Project Unicorn. She is responsible for managing updates to the Be Well @B-F and Total Rewards Google sites, collaborating with Total Rewards Business Partners (TRBPs) and Total Rewards Operations (TR Ops). Additionally, she leads the design and reporting evolution of Workday Compensation and Performance business processes.

Madison Cutsinger completed her high school education at Butler Traditional High School, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and earning her High School Diploma from 2008 to 2012. She then attended Jefferson Community College, where she studied Finance and obtained an Associate’s Degree from 2012 to 2014. Following this, she pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at the University of Louisville, completing her studies from 2014 to 2016.
