I help people find their right job (usually at our company), develop in their careers here, and work towards helping our company reach it's people and culture goals. It's a win-win! PHR Certified (HR's version of the CPA Exam): I studied and passed that comprehensive exam years ago. The learning didn't stop there - every day, year after year, I'm learning something new from others, applying new on-the-job skills, or keeping up on the latest developments in my field. I hope that never stops.
