Prior to that, she spent three years at Plan.Net Group as a Planner & Consultant in Digital Media, where she focused on digital marketing strategies and client consultations. Stephanie also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Clarins Group and as a Working Student in Corporate Sales at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where she supported marketing initiatives and sales processes.

Stephanie Estkowski holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Business Administration and Management from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, where she studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to her degree in business, she pursued further education at IU International University of Applied Sciences, achieving a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from 2019 to 2023.
