Kitty Xu currently serves as a Quantitative User Experience Researcher and Cofounding Researcher at Cambly Inc. since 2023. She played a crucial role in building the UX research framework during Cambly's Series B stage. As the first quantitative UX researcher on the team, she pioneered the development of quantitative UX research methodologies, significantly contributing to the company's research capabilities.

Kitty Xu holds the position of Co-Founder and Vice President at the Quantitative User Experience Association since 2022. In this role, she has been instrumental in organizing the first-ever Quant UX Con, which aims to bring together professionals in the field to share insights and advancements in quantitative user experience research.

Prior to her current roles, Kitty Xu worked at Pinterest as a Staff/Principal Quantitative User Experience Researcher from 2016 to 2023. She also gained experience as a Data Scientist Intern at MarkMonitor and Thomson Reuters in 2015. Additionally, she held various research positions at Johns Hopkins University, Stanford University, and the City University of New York, where she contributed to multiple research projects over several years.

Kitty Xu earned her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuroscience and Cognitive Neuroscience from Johns Hopkins University. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from The City College of New York. Her educational background provides a strong foundation for her work in quantitative user experience research.
