Role as Jr. NBA - Certified Instructor

Since March 2015, Aaron Richards has been a Jr. NBA - Certified Instructor. He focuses on developing basketball skills in children aged 5-8. The program complies with Canadian Sport 4 Life and Long Term Athlete Development standards, aligning with Canada Basketball's Development Pathway. Participants receive a Spalding Rookie Gear Basketball and an NBA team-branded t-shirt. Practices are designed to be age-appropriate and fun, with 45-minute sessions conducted weekly.
