I have in total 14+ years of IT experience including 12+ years of Business Analysis experience. Ability to step into the stakeholder’s shoes to understand their pain points irrespective of their domain and having the technology background gives me the capability to serve both – the Business and the Technology sect appropriately. Initiating a project from an idea or changing and rationalizing the existing production application, I have the right skills to be opted for any given scenario. Having worked on global policies, processes and system, I've developed an inclusive mindset + adaptability and striving for excellence have been my keys to success. Molding into a given environment and working towards the organization’s and client’s objectives is what I always think of. Working with multiple teams, working on multiple initiatives, multitasking and delivering on or before time have been my traits. I aspire to extend by capabilities into organization change management (OCM) and on assignments that impact the entire (or a large part of the) organization. I want to help the enterprise grow by proposing improvements in policies, processes, systems while ensuring the organization’s Culture and People are on highest priority consequently shaping up them for a resilient and progressive future. Eventually, I want to consultant Mergers and Acquisitions. Apart from work, I have a passion for social welfare towards the community and environment which gives me the ability to function with different kind of people and collaboratively aspire to meet the goal.
