Her involvement in sustainability also includes her role as a Green Fest Executive Board Member at San Diego State University from 2016 to 2017 and as an Associated Students Sustainability Representative during the same period.

Alessandra Konzen earned her Bachelor's degree in Sustainability from San Diego State University, where she studied from 2014 to 2017. Her education has provided her with a strong foundation in sustainability practices, which she has applied throughout her career in various roles focused on environmental initiatives and customer success.

In 2016, Alessandra worked as an English and Art Teacher at Bamboo™ in Thailand for one month.
