Following that, he spent seven months at Alcatel in 2004. Eko continued his career at Calix as a Software Engineer from 2004 to 2007, before moving to Cyan, where he held several positions, including Software Engineer, Director of Engineering, and VP of Software Development, from 2007 to 2015. He later worked at Ciena as Senior Director of Software Engineering from 2015 to 2018.
