Previous Experience at Wonderkind
Prior to her current position, Shuyee worked at Wonderkind in various legal capacities. She served as Junior Legal Counsel for 6 months in 2018 and later as Legal Counsel and Privacy Officer for 7 months in 2019. During her time at Wonderkind, she focused on legal matters related to privacy and data protection.
Education and Expertise
Shuyee Cheung holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Internet, Intellectual Property, and ICT from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where she studied from 2016 to 2018. She also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, she has obtained the CIPP/E certification, demonstrating her expertise in European data protection laws.
