Consultancy at International Labour Organization

Flavia Nyadoi was a consultant for the Wedee Project at the International Labour Organization from 2013 to 2015 for two years in Switzerland. Her consultancy focused on improving data management practices at the community and civil society organization levels. She also completed a six-month internship at the International Labour Organization in 2013, where she gained valuable experience in international labor issues.

Education and Qualifications

Flavia Nyadoi holds a Bachelor's degree from Uganda Christian University, which she completed from 2009 to 2011. She furthered her education at the Uganda Management Institute, studying there from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, she holds a Certificate in Management in Health from the World Bank eInstitute, which complements her expertise in health program management.

Focus on Economic Empowerment

In her current role with the SOCY project, Flavia Nyadoi contributes to the economic empowerment of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), youth, and their caregivers. Her efforts are directed toward enhancing their well-being through various initiatives that strengthen family and community support systems.
