Consulting Experience
Rakotoarimanga has also worked as a Consultant Team Leader for a socioeconomic study at WWF in 2009, where she contributed for three months in Antananarivo, Madagascar. This role involved leading a team to assess socioeconomic factors relevant to conservation efforts.

Rakotoarimanga has pursued various educational opportunities to enhance her expertise. She studied at the Centre for Learning on Evaluation and Results at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she achieved a qualification in Technical Approaches for Conducting Impact Evaluations. Additionally, she attended the US Census Bureau in Washington, DC, focusing on Gender Statistics for Data Users. Her academic background also includes studies at Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques in Agronomy and the Center for International Development at the University of Bologna, where she specialized in Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation for Complex Development Programs.
Collaboration and Technical Guidance
In her current role, Rakotoarimanga provides technical advice and guidance to a consortium that includes Conservation International, the Philippines Disaster Resilience Foundation, Rocky Mountain Institute, and the University of the Philippines Resilience Institute. Her contributions help determine the effectiveness, adaptability, and innovation of climate change adaptation and management programming on a global scale.
