Dey & Co. in 2013 and served as a Resource Development Intern at United Way of Dane County in 2014. These positions provided her with foundational skills in administration and resource development.
Achievements in Fundraising
Erin Kupferman has made significant contributions to B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim (BJBE) in the area of membership and fundraising. She played a key role in the organization’s efforts to welcome 96 new member households during the first year of a new membership model. Additionally, she assisted BJBE in raising $1.5 million towards a major gift effort aimed at reducing the building mortgage. Her work also involved developing cultivation and stewardship practices for BJBE's membership program.
Membership Model Development
Erin Kupferman was instrumental in helping B’nai Jehoshua Beth Elohim (BJBE) develop a new membership model known as Shared Sacred Partnership.
