Her early career included roles as a Clinical Data Coordinator and Clinical Data Analyst at Covance, and as a Clinical Data Analyst at Sarah Cannon Research Institute.
Educational Background
Ms. Kelly earned her Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Middle Tennessee State University, where she studied from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in General Biology from the University of Tennessee - Martin, completing her studies from 1999 to 2004. Her educational background provides a strong foundation for her work in clinical data management.
Internship Experience
In 2005, Ms. Kelly gained practical experience as a Forensic DNA Analyst Intern at Orchid Cellmark, where she worked for two months. This early exposure to data analysis in a forensic context contributed to her understanding of data management processes in clinical settings.
