I am an advertising & branding guy with over 3 decades in the industry who now helps build Start-ups and develop an innovation economy. Why? Because my childhood dream was running my own business and when I eventually did launch it was an extraordinarily tough journey. So, I decided that the journey need not be as tough for others. Channel 7 Communications (Pvt) Ltd, my passion and pride, has been an amazing and enriching experience. Now I am using that experience (along with the experiences of a few other businesses that I have launched) by mentoring and coaching the brilliant new generation of Start-ups and aspiring entrepreneurs. I have been lucky enough to be able to take a deep dive not only in Pakistan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem but also to learn from my network in Asia and Silicon Valley. As a part of The Indus Entrepreneurs and the Islamabad Director for the Global Tech Accelerator The Founder Institute I have had invaluable exposure and experience in tackling the challenges of the new age Start-ups. I also teach Entrepreneurship at the Master’s level and am on the Advisory Committees of 3 leading Universities. I am an Advisor & Mentor for a number of Start-ups. I enjoy giving seminars & trainings and unleashing the potential within all of us. But if I really had to describe myself, I would say that I am an enabler, I love connecting people and seeing their collective synergies power new possibilities.
