Thirty-five years serving in leadership and technology development roles, for both government organizations and commercial businesses, in the high-technology aerospace and defense industry. Recent experience has provided opportunities to develop skills and expertise in leadership, strategic planning, process improvement, and coordination of cross-discipline teams for government and industry. Duties require regular interaction with members of the Senior Executive Service, General Officers, Chief Executive Officers, and Presidents. Effective leadership skills are supported by a strong foundation of technology development, testing, and system engineering for missile and space systems. Served in a senior leadership role as Deputy Director for Space and Cyberspace Technology for the US Army Space and Missile Defense Command on Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Served as Chief Scientist and Vice President for Technology at Sigmatech, Inc, a Huntsville-based company that provides system engineering and technical services to commercial and government customers in the aerospace and defense markets. Program Manager for AMCOM EXPRESS Technical Contract. Capture Manager and Program Manager for AMRDEC Development, Operation, and Maintenance Support (DOMS) for Aviation Element Simulation (AES). Currently, Chief Operating Officer at CFD Research, responsible for infrastructure, strategy, and growth.
