Mr. Pullen is an accomplished senior executive and information technology professional with over 25 years of technical and management experience. Serving as the Leader of the CGI's Federal Contract Vehicle Portfolio. In this role, Mr. Pullen manages all aspects of the Contract Vehicles as well as other CGI MAC and Agency specfic contract vehicles. Under Mr. Pullen’s leadership at CGI, the Federal Business Units have successfully brought in over $2.1B worth of work through the vehicles over a period of a year and a half and helped CGI’s Federal practice grow through the numerous awards under the GWAC, MAC and agency specfic IDIQs. His leadership has benefited CGI’s federal clients through the implementation of process that facilitate timely responses to Task Orders. Additionally Mr. Pullen has established internal policies and procedures for Task Order Management and Government reporting to deliver high quality to the client with low risk.
