Previous Experience at Change.org
Prior to her current role, Anna Bialas worked at Change.org in several capacities. She was a Senior Campaigns Advisor for EECA in London for six months in 2017 and then in Warsaw for seven months from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, she served as an Associate Campaigns Advisor from 2015 to 2016 in London and as an Engagement and Campaigns Advisor from 2016 to 2017, also in London. Her diverse experiences at Change.org contributed to her expertise in campaign strategy and execution.
Educational Background
Anna Bialas has a solid educational foundation. She studied at Uniwersytet Śląski w Katowicach, where she earned a Magister degree in Filologia rosyjska from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, she completed postgraduate studies in Administration, Management, and Organization at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu from 2009 to 2010. In 2008, she attended Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, where she participated in an International Summer Russian Language Course.
Early Career Experience
Before her tenure at Change.org, Anna Bialas gained valuable experience working in various roles. She served as an Administrative Assistant Intern at A4e in Zabrze, Poland, from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, she worked as an Assistant to a Member of the European Parliament from 2010 to 2014 in Katowice, Poland. These positions provided her with insights into administrative functions and the political landscape.
