Andrea Rincon currently holds the title of Process Safety & Integrity Engineer at Chevron in Maracaibo, Zulia, Venezuela. She has been involved in key initiatives, such as leading the commissioning and putting on service of a GE LM 6000 (50MW) turbine at the Bajo Grande Power Plant. Additionally, she played a crucial role in the installation and commissioning of major equipment from the Demineralized Water Plant, including EDI batteries and ultra-filtration units. Her responsibilities also included managing the major maintenance of the Demineralized Water Tank and the PEBG fire fighting system, overseeing the installation and commissioning of two centrifugal pumps for the turbine fuel process, and participating in the tracking and analysis of GHG emissions.

Before her current role, Andrea Rincon served as a Facilities Engineer at Chevron from 2018 to 2020 in Venezuela. Prior to that, she worked at Schlumberger for a total of four years.
