In 2021, Diego Guerrero delivered $100MM in total value by enhancing team delivery practices through Agile and DevOps methodologies. He led a global, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary team of 40 employees and contractors, including Product Owners, across three products. Diego played a crucial role in establishing an innovative culture and delivering user-centric data solutions. His efforts engaged PSCM leadership to elevate visibility on Data and Insights initiatives and to augment digital acumen. Additionally, he eliminated high interdependencies, thereby improving work-life balance for the global workforce.

Before joining Chevron, Diego Guerrero worked at TTEC, where he served as Software Engineering Team Lead from 2009 to 2010, Senior Lead Software Engineer in 2009 for three months, and Software Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Prior to his tenure at TTEC, he was a Software Engineer at Unisys from 2006 to 2007 and a Junior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2006. Early in his career, he worked at CEITECH as an IT Help Desk Support Analyst in 2003.
