She also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mariculture from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She furthered her education with Teaching Certification in Secondary Education focusing on Biology & Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University.
Experience in Mindfulness and Fitness Instruction
Heidi Erickson has served as a Workplace Mindfulness Instructor at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center and the National Cancer Institute. She also worked as an Aerial Acrobatics Instructor at The ARTZ! and as an Aerial Yoga Instructor at Aerial Yoga Houston. She dedicated nearly a decade to being a Group Fitness Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness.
Underwater Photography and Diving Expertise
Since January 2020, Heidi Erickson has been an Underwater Photography Instructor and Dive Master at PADI in Houston, Texas. Her diving experience dates back to the 1990s when she worked as an SSI Open Water SCUBA Instructor for six years. Her role at PADI combines her passion for underwater exploration with her teaching skills.
