Julio Carlos has accrued significant experience in the oil and gas industry over 22 years, having previously worked at Chevron as an Instrumentation Technician and Control System Specialist trainee before becoming a Senior Instrument Technician. He has also held key positions at Sonangol P&P, including as Instrumentation and Control System Team Leader, where he successfully led the team without expatriate supervision.
Education and Training
Julio Carlos received education and training from Windhoek lingua College, where he studied from 2012 to 2014 and achieved qualifications in PC A+++ and IT Engineering. Prior to that, he studied Computer Science from 2007 to 2011 at Luanda and Windhoek, completing his degree in Computer Science and becoming a PC Engineer and IT professional.
