Responsibilities and Initiatives
In his current role at Chevron, Kayode Tewe leads the Fixed Equipment Integrity team to manage the EGTL RBI program, conducts timely RBI assessments, and updates the Integrity Data Management System (IDMS). He ensures compliance with jurisdiction requirements by engaging with the Department of Petroleum Resources and develops asset strategies for fixed equipment piping and pressure vessels. Kayode also creates project schedules, manpower plans, and collaborates with stakeholders to maintain the Fixed Equipment Asset Strategy (FEAS) program. His work includes developing a Living Program to update asset strategies, stewarding the RBI program, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize preventive maintenance planning for fixed equipment.
