Making data and AI more accessible and usable, whether in the physical or virtual worlds, can empower people to innovate, create and build more easily. I'm an advisor to CEOs and Boards on how to become globally competitive data-driven organizations. As Co-Founder and CEO of Addo, an artificial intelligence solutions firm, my rockstar team of data engineers and machine learning scientists build intelligent data platforms for some of the world's largest enterprises. For our clients, these platforms turn their data into gold and form the foundation for using machine learning to automate, optimize and innovate their processes. A passionate advocate of teaching women about AI, I am the founder of 21st Century Girls, a charity that teaches girls the basics of coding and artificial intelligence. I'm also a huge believer in human-centred technology. Throughout my college years, I volunteered in human rights organizations and I strongly support movements for data dignity, digital justice, and AI ethics. Finally, I'm a city-lover who has lived in New York, London, Boston, Berlin, Singapore, and Lahore. I love meeting interesting people with diverse interests and passions! I wanted to study how cities can benefit from big data and wrote my Ph.D. on smart city information infrastructures.
