Vivian is a GM-minded consumer marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing technology and analytics. She is the Head of DTC Practice at The Clorox Company, where she is responsible for launching and scaling direct-to-consumer capability for the retail businesses, such as Cleaning, Burt's Bees and Brita. She has an MBA from Northwestern University, a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin. As a data-driven marketer, Vivian crafts digital first marketing strategies and programs that bridge direct response with brand engagement, maximizing the value of DTC within a CPG company through first party data capture and activation, personalization, and iterative MVP test and learn approach. She oversees a team of 70+ across all DTC functions, and has been recognized by Adweek as one of the Top 50 leaders in the industry. She is also an active investor in diverse and innovative startups, supporting the LGBTQ community and allies in the venture capital space. Vivian is passionate about wellness, attribution complexities, and getting more women and Asian Americans into leadership roles. She has been a featured speaker and panelist for ANA, MMA, AdExchanger, Mobile Insider Summit, and more.
