About Adam Raitanen
I am a senior software engineer with a passion for developer experience and tools. I see the value in providing engineers with outstanding tools and environments, enabling them to succeed and improve quality, velocity, and job satisfaction. I spent the first half of my career on the front lines in product support which gave me a unique perspective on what happens when software development goes wrong much earlier in the lifecycle. This experience, along with countless sleepless nights, led me to refocus my career on the process of creating software. Since then, I have worked with some extremely talented engineers in different organizations and helped them improve their tooling, workflows, and environments.
