Additionally, he served as Head of Executive Search at MHP SE for 11 months in 2021 and worked as a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners for nine months in 2012-2013.

Dmytro Liakhovych studied at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where he earned a Master of Arts in Philosophy from 2007 to 2009. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Philosophy from the same university, completed between 2002 and 2006. Earlier, he studied Economics at Wisconsin International University Ukraine, achieving a Junior Specialist degree from 2000 to 2002. This early experience laid the foundation for his subsequent roles in talent acquisition and recruitment, enabling him to build a comprehensive skill set in the field.
