Forsman was also the Sales Director for Large Enterprise EMEA at Alight Solutions from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, she worked as the Head of Transformation, Operational Excellence at Tikkurila Oyj from 2020 to 2021.

Hanna Forsman holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where she studied from 1998 to 2001.
