Previous Experience in Project Management
Before joining Ciklum, Karina worked at GlobalLogic as a Project Program Coordinator from 2019 to 2021 for two years in Poland. She also held a position at Codete GmbH as an HR Operations Specialist, Employer Branding Specialist, and IT Recruiter for two months in 2019. Additionally, she worked at dotCommunity as a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2018 to 2019 for one year in the Kraków area. These roles contributed to her expertise in project management and team coordination.
Educational Background
Karina Totoonova has a diverse educational background. She studied at the National 'Jaroslav the Wise' Law Academy of Ukraine in Kharkiv, where she achieved a Master's degree in Prosecutor's studies from 2009 to 2014. She also obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE) from 2019 to 2021. Furthermore, she is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy at the Kyiv Gestalt Institute from 2021 to 2026. In addition, she studied International Trade and Logistics at Uczelnia Łazarskiego in Warsaw, earning another Master's degree from 2015 to 2017.

Since 2015, Karina has been working as a Consulting Psychologist in the Kraków area. This role complements her project management skills by allowing her to apply psychological principles in understanding team dynamics and client relationships. Her background in psychology enhances her ability to proactively monitor changing client needs and offer tailored solutions from the wide range of services available at Ciklum.
Specialized Training in Therapy
Karina has pursued specialized training in therapy, having studied Schema Therapy at the Ukrainian Institute of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where she achieved a Postgraduate Degree in 2022. This training provides her with additional tools to support her work in project management and consulting, allowing her to address both organizational and individual needs effectively.
