Victoria Basarab serves as a Delivery Manager in DevOps at Ciklum, a position she has held since 2017. In this role, she manages up to 25 team members across four teams, which include three Scrum teams and one Kanban team. She works closely with business, product, and R&D leads to define and deliver the unit roadmap. Her responsibilities also include leading the development of new product solutions while supporting legacy products and implementing 24/7 support for product solutions.
