Additionally, he worked as the Manager of Recruiting for US Retail Operations at Jamba Juice for five months in 2006.

Mark Little studied at the University of Phoenix, where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from 2013 to 2015. He also earned an Associate of Science in Human Services from the same institution from 2012 to 2013.
