I'm a serial entrepreneur and investor, focused on B2B SaaS and Analytics (especially in Climate, Legal, and AI). I'm currently focused on venture capital investing and advising startups. Most recently, I was the co-founder of Parassure Cyber Insurance (unique business model of distributing cyber insurance to SMBs through channels). Parassure grew to over 500 channel partners, including the largest payroll provider for SMBs. Before that, I founded Innography in 2006 (IP analytics Software as a Service company), raised over $15M in venture capital, grew the company to >100 employees, and eventually sold it to CPA Global in 2015 ($3B market cap, 2,000+ employees in 12 countries). Tyron Stading, as Chief Data Officer at CPA Global, was then responsible for creating unified data integration and analytics across all products and services. CPA Global grew to $6.8B and merged with Clarivate (NYSE:CLVT, $17B market cap) during the next 3 years. My tech specialization is in Cloud, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Security, having filed over 50 patents (many licensed or sold) and published multiple peer-review research papers on security and distributed computing.
