About Jenna Leahy, MBA
I am a former start-up CEO and current C-suite-level Senior People Partner and leadership coach at Cisco Systems. In this role, I oversee the talent strategy for ~ 2000 employees and serve as an executive team member and talent strategy consultant to Cisco's Chief People, Policy & Purpose Officer, Chief Communications Officer, and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In this capacity, I serve in two main roles: Talent Strategist: Leveraging internal and external data and trends, I partner directly with executive leadership to create a holistic talent strategy that serves the business strategy and lead large-scale change-the-business people initiatives in support of this strategy. Leadership Coach and Consultant: I am a member of the executive leadership teams of the C-suite leaders I support and serve as their resident expert in people, talent, and organizational domains. I act as a trusted advisor and consultant and provide deep coaching and advising to the executives I support. I am passionate about leader development and possess over 500 hours of executive coaching training. I have provided 350 hours of coaching and communications consulting to 50+ leaders at Fortune 500, non-profit, and private equity-backed companies. As a former founder and CEO, I know firsthand the struggles and challenges that leaders face. My life’s work is dedicated to empowering leaders as they transform themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
