About Kevin Wiley
Highly skilled in sparking and inspiring innovation, leading global teams, and delivering on-time and on-budget, I am a “big picture” technology leader. I’ve spent my career generating ideas for new products and coming up with ways to make existing products better. In my current role with Cisco, I ensure the successful delivery of the company’s next-generation firewall comprised of software for a nearly $1B product. During my time at Cisco, I have been recognized for my superior performance with a succession of promotions into roles of increasing accountability and visibility. One of my most notable achievements has been to effectively transform the organization from one that primarily used manual testing to one which now is nearly fully automated. With this new, agile approach, the organization has been able to rapidly and continuously improve testing and releases. This has resulted in both quality improvement and increased engagement among the teams. When it comes to innovation, I walk the talk. I currently hold seven patents for my own technological innovations and inventions.
