While at TRC Companies, Lathey led a $1.5 million national smart building demonstration project in collaboration with the US Department of Energy. She also co-led the implementation of USAID's PACE-D Program, which is recognized as the largest clean energy project in Asia. Her efforts have focused on enhancing clean energy adoption and advancing building systems.
