Kimberly Whyman serves as the Workplace Experience Manager at Clio, a cloud-based legal technology company, since 2019. In this role, she manages the workplace experience across four offices, including three in Canada and one in Ireland. Her responsibilities include overseeing a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program that integrates with building-level systems such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and electrical. She also developed and continues to execute the corporate COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plans, ensuring compliance with regional health authority regulations.

Prior to her current position, Kimberly Whyman held various roles in different organizations. She worked at Lark Productions as an Executive Assistant for four months in 2013. From 2013 to 2016, she served as an Executive Assistant at COWI North America, followed by a role as Facility & Administration Manager at the same company from 2016 to 2018. She also worked as a Facilities Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for one year in Vancouver in 2018, and as Facility Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Ontario Power Generation for ten years from 2001 to 2011.
Educational Background
Kimberly Whyman studied at Camosun College from 1986 to 1988, where she completed the General University Transfer Program. She then attended the University of Victoria from 1988 to 1991, earning a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. This educational background has contributed to her professional development and expertise in workplace management.
Achievements in Workplace Management
In her role as Workplace Experience Manager, Kimberly Whyman has created a global Occupational Health & Safety Program that encompasses emergency preparedness and Fire Warden programming and training. She has also led Design/Build projects for approximately 60,000 square feet in the Burnaby office, managing all aspects from vendor selection to construction administration. Her initiatives focus on enhancing workplace safety and operational efficiency.
