My enjoyment of watching my clients grow their businesses led me to start a small business of my own in my hometown of Caracas, Venezuela. This experience influenced my legal practice to find innovative legal solutions to my client’s commercial needs. I specialize in advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, private equity and venture capital transactions, liquidations, corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial counseling.
