Over the past 10 years, I have practiced in a multitude of legal areas that have made me a strong advocate and advisor for clients including, risk management, mitigation and problem solving. I currently manage an employment practices and employee benefits team. We insure and work with private and public companies focusing on matters involving alleged discrimination, retaliation, or other wrongful employment practices throughout the United States. I have also engaged in all aspects of civil litigation, including defense of toxic tort, construction, 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, professional claims, and premises liability claims. I have represented various businesses, companies, and individuals in high exposure and serious injury cases. I have taken part in complex multi-party mediations, obtaining favorable client resolutions. Further, I have drafted multiple successful dispositive motions in both State and Federal Courts resulting in dismissal of some, if not all, of the claims against our clients.
