I have worked at the Co-op insurance for 15 years, working in several different departments I have become one of the senior handlers at the Co-op. I have experience in dealing with liability and litigation from being in a specific unit primarily dealing with such matters. I have personal injury experience and underwriting along with all normal claims activities. I have managed international claims solely for the past 3 years and am a senior point of referral for the office mentoring and helping staff. Part of my senior role is compliant handling, I have dealt with formal complaints for several years. I am hard working and looking to progress, this is reflected in my self studying. I am Cert qualified passing this last year and now studying a diploma, I passed the first module with pass with distinction. I have knowledge of employment liability, public liability, marine insurance, commercial insurance, life and home Insurance. I am passionate about cooking, travel, snowboarding, music and cats.
